Why we give?
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

GIVING IS A FORM OF WORSHIP
Giving is one of the ways we seek to bless God and acknowledge Him as the source of everything we have and everything we own. While there is nothing you can give God that He needs, when we give to Him an offering, we say, “God, I love you. I’m thinking of you. I want you first in my life.”
GIVING SETS YOU UP FOR GOD TO BLESS YOU
Giving (as spelled in the original Hebrew) is a palindrome (a word, phrase, or sequence that reads the same backward as forward, e.g., madam or Abba).
The Jewish rabbis believe that God established giving as a way to bless us. What we put in He returns to us in blessing.
“What you sow you will reap.” Galatians 6:7
